A time for heroes
My Lady Soridormi,
I trust this missive finds you well. As you recall, I was/will be dispatched to Deepholm to investigate reports that our enemies were attempting to take advantage of the damage to the World Pillar wrought by Neltharion’s ascent from the Stonecore and subsequent return to Azeroth.
What our enemies hope/hoped to achieve, I cannot fathom — this may well have been a feint to divert our attention from elsewhere/elsewhen — but in any case, I have/will have reversed the damage they wrought.
Neltharion’s reemergence into Azeroth has brought the presence of the Earthen Ring, the Alliance and the Horde to the Elemental Plane, and it was not difficult to disguise myself as one of the Earthen Ring and direct members of the Alliance and Horde to aid the Earthen population of Stonehearth.
The anomalous “stone troggs” — both affected and unaffected by the Curse of Flesh, thanks to the interfence of the Infinite Dragonflight — were close to a final victory over the Earthen, “coincidentally” at the same time as outsiders arrived on this plane.
Members of the Infinite Dragonflight did not reveal themselves directly, and if they are/will be here, I suspect their presence may lie among the Twilight’s Hammer cultists elsewhere in the region. But the combined efforts of the Alliance and Horde — among them, many veterans of both the Battle of Quel’Danas and then the First Northrend War — easily drove back their catspaws.
Once Stonehearth was secured, it was/will be a simple matter for me to move through the trogg settlements and dispatch the infinite dragon eggs I found there. I will/have continued my investigations of other nests throughout Deepholm.
We shall be victorious in time.
Your faithful servant,
Eternos

Here’s an interesting thought. What if the infinite dragonflight’s attempts to change the past that we stopped were just distractions? Maybe they’ve actually achieved their true goal and the world we live in is already the result of an altered history.
This is why no one lets gnomes have drugs.
Druggin’ gnomes? Dat’s crazeh talk.
